Crystal Daly
Studio Manager
Crystal Daly is a dedicated and enthusiastic Studio Manager at The Vital Stretch St. Johns, with an impressive background in both the medical and fitness fields. Her professional journey began in the medical field, specializing in Gastroenterology. Upon relocating to Florida, she transitioned to Geriatrics and then moved into administrative roles within Managed Care, focusing on at-risk patients. This experience instilled in her a deep understanding of the importance of health and well-being, which ultimately fueled her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
She is a NASM-Certified Stretching and Flexibility Specialist and a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition and Coaching. She is passionate about the transformative power of stretching and believes it is an often overlooked component of overall fitness. Crystal stretches herself to prevent injuries, facilitate quicker recovery, and strengthen her body. She is driven by a desire to share the profound benefits of stretching with others, empowering them to create healthier, more functional bodies. Her goal is to enable individuals to pursue their passions without physical limitations.
Her fitness pursuits further enhance her expertise and enthusiasm. Crystal enjoys bodybuilding, functional training, HIIT workouts, kickboxing, and running. Beyond fitness, she finds joy in singing, karaoke, dancing, and worship. A lifelong learner, Crystal is constantly seeking new challenges and is currently preparing for her first Spartan Race. Daniel Anasco
Vital Stretch Practitioner
Daniel Anasco is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner of The Vital Stretch St. Johns, committed to helping clients achieve their physical wellness goals. His passion for fitness and client success is evident in his approach to stretching and flexibility training. Daniel combines his practical experience with a strong academic foundation, currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Florida. He is also a NASM-Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach.
His background includes experience in customer service and personal training at a local gym, giving him a well-rounded understanding of client needs and the importance of personalized attention. He finds immense satisfaction in guiding individuals toward improved physical well-being and deeply values the connections he forms with those he assists. He believes that achieving wellness goals is a collaborative effort and thrives on working alongside clients to reach their full potential.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Daniel's passion for teamwork and personal growth is reflected in his involvement with the ultimate frisbee club at his college. He enjoys the competitive atmosphere and strives to continually improve his skills. Inspired by the uplifting community he found at his local gym, Daniel is committed to fostering a similarly encouraging and positive environment at Vital Stretch, where clients feel supported and motivated on their wellness journey. Hannah Frain
Vital Stretch Practitioner
Hannah Frain is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch St. Johns, bringing a strong foundation in movement science and hands-on care to every session. She earned her degree in Athletic Training from the University of Alabama in 2021 and holds a Master’s in Health Sciences. With four years of experience as a certified athletic trainer working with athletes and military personnel, she is well-versed in the importance of flexibility and mobility in both performance and everyday life. She is also NASM-certified as a Stretching & Flexibility Coach (SFC), Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). She is passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies. She believes many discomforts can be eased with improved range of motion, leading to better posture and overall quality of life. Her approach is rooted in simplicity, effectiveness, and connection—she values the opportunity to get to know clients from all backgrounds and tailor her care to their individual needs. Currently in her first trimester of physical therapy school, Hannah’s commitment to lifelong learning and growth continues to deepen. When she’s not studying, she enjoys exercising, hiking, and going to the beach. She invites you to discover the power of assisted stretching and take a meaningful step toward moving freely and living fully.

Anshul Panchal
Vital Stretch Practitioner
Anshul Panchal is a dedicated Vital Stretch Practitioner at The Vital Stretch St. Johns, dedicated to helping clients move better and feel their best. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), he brings a strong academic foundation in Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Clinical Movement Science. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, is NASM Certified, and AHA BLS and First Aid Certified. His background includes assisting with rehabilitation programs for individuals managing chronic pain, limited mobility, and post-operative recovery. Anshul enjoys helping people with stretching because it provides both immediate relief and long-term benefits for mobility, posture, and overall well-being. For him, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone improve their range of motion and finally feel comfortable in their body. Outside of the studio, he enjoys strength training and video games—two hobbies that fuel his passion for movement and recovery. Strength training has taught him the importance of mobility and balance for performance, while gaming reminds him of the value of good posture and preventing stiffness. Both inspire his commitment to stretching as an essential part of everyday health.
